Leaving on a Jet Plane

The day came for Hanna to leave on her mission to serve the Lord. She was re-assigned to Canada Toronto Mission since the pandemic has made it so missionaries are staying in their home countries for now.
We went up to Calgary the night before she flew out.
We got her ticket and her luggage checked in, took our mask pictures, and hugged her good-bye.
She passed the temperature screening and was on her way.
Luckily there were six elders from southern Alberta on the same flight who were all re-assigned to Toronto. One of them, Elder Bissett, was in her MTC district and he didn't pass the temperature test. So he went to stand outside to try and cool off so his temperature would go down. Luckily he passed the temperature test before the flight left.

Till we meet again...

In Toronto, she got to meet President & Sister Ensign and her companions, Hermana Churchill and Hermana West.

Hanna had put sticky notes all over our house with the Spanish word on the item (window, microwave, etc) so she could practice. I took down lots of them after she left, but we still have a few here and there to remind us of her.
