Carly says there's a 50% chance she's going to catch a leprechaun tonight so you better wear green pajamas:)

Two nights in a row while we were reading scriptures Carly pronounced one of the words the way a Canadian would. The second night Hanna corrected her. And Carly whispered in my ear do they have vowels in the USA?

You know we have been at the Agridome for too many hours this weekend when Carly decided to try and earn some $ selling bike rides:)

Happy Mother's Day to all the mothers in my life, but especially this one. She's the real MVP of our family. Love you mom!

This awesome team of girls took second place at the Medicine Hat basketball tournament. They lost by only three points in the championship game.

Deep thoughts by me:
I set a goal to listen to the Book of Mormon in exactly one month on my phone. So I listened while I exercised, got ready and did the dishes every morning and I met my goal.
Here is what stood out to me:
* we are accountable for the things that we DO and the things that we KNOW. (ye shall reap your reward)
* The Book of Mormon was written for our day not for the Nephites (I speak into you as if ye were present)
* Jesus Christ knows me and will ALWAYS forgive us (Come unto Christ)

Sunset riding for family home evening with our special guest Erica Burt! We wanted her to have an adventure to remember but luckily no one was hurt:)

My sister is growing up on me. She's become my best friend, my late night laughing partner, my mutual running and ice cream lover, my coach, my biggest fan, and she is so gorgeous. Because of the last statement, I would like to issue a public warning: I'm the only one who can beat her up or be mean to her and get away with it. This means if you mess with her, you should probably know there's a crazy older sister that will put you in your place faster than you can say, "I didn't mean it!" If you break her heart, you'll answer to me. Consider yourself warned. ‪#‎MySisterMonday‬‪#‎awkwardestsistersaward‬

First Day of School

Tonight was my first ever golf course experience. It was so fun and the most beautiful weather day of the year. Thanks to my coach I had some good moments (along with some not so good moments)! Erica Burt

"The Sabbath is the Lord's gift to us. Our devoted weekly observance of the Sabbath is our sign to the Lord that we love him." Elder Randall K. Bennett Oct 2015.
We love Sundays! (even when we are in a wind warning and have to wear long maxiskirt to church so our dresses don't fly away)

HAPPY BIRTHDAY to my mother! (She's wearing heels in this picture, just so you all know) Thanks for being there for me and coming to support me in everything I do. I'm grateful for you as my role model! There's ‪#‎NunnBetter‬than you! ðŸŽ‰ðŸŽˆðŸ’•

Thanks to everyone for the birthday wishes! My family and friends went to great effort to make my birthday great (and not get lost in the week before Christmas!)
I think it is a great accomplishment to reach age 40, and if I could, I would freeze time.
I love that my kids are growing up, but that no one has left home yet, but we are past the baby stage - and that we have an extra driver and a half.
I love that we are past the poor student stage, and that I have a part-time job that I love. (And Austin loves his job, too).
I love that we still have good eyesight and relatively few aches and pains.
Life is great!
