Grandpa Buck's 75th Birthday

We are going to have a really big party. Les and Hollis were going to come. Jill and Larsen were possibly coming too. But since the borders are closed and require a 14-day quarantine and we can't have big gatherings, we had a small 75th birthday party instead.

We had dinner and a zoom party. Grandma had told us that she wanted to have a program for him. Julia said she would do a video (that we each submitted a memory for) and the Young Nunns created a Kahoot game. So we thought that was good. Julia's video was so funny, she had cut the memories we had sent in and made it sound like Grandpa had died and this was a tribute at his funeral. Then at the end someone whispers, he's not dead. It was funny and took a ton of work.

When we got to the program, Grandma told us that she had asked each of us to share something. We had nothing else. Sarah did sing a song. Then she kept asking, even calling out names to see if they had anything... Jill? Les? Sorry Grandma, we thought what we had would work. #blessherheart #communicationproblems

Mother's Day

Happy Mother's Day
Carly made this truck out of wood scraps from our yard. Hanna had Marin Williams watercolor this painting of our 4 girls - love it. Buck & Martha built me this white flower box.
And my family made delicious food.
We had Nunn church again and then we had Waite family zoom church also. Emily shared her feelings about being a mom - such a great talk and personal message.
